Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Inside Vehicle Sales Manager in Alpharetta, GA. You will manage marketing-qualified and self-generated leads to maximize retail vehicle sales, promote customer satisfaction, and expand ancillary product revenue.

You’ll coordinate with Wholesale/Export and Asset Management teams to move inventory efficiently. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in sales, strong communication, and CRM proficiency, with base pay plus commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years or more experience in sales.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Call and email Marketing qualified leads and warm referrals.
• Generate first-time buyers and establish repeat buyers.
• Maximize ancillary product revenue (warranty, financing, SelectCare).
• Coordinate with Wholesale/Export and Asset Management teams.
• Maintain timely, accurate paperwork and follow-up with customers.
