Job summary

Felder Group USA in New Castle, DE is seeking enthusiastic Inside Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team. You will engage with customers over the phone, recommend machines and accessories, and drive quotes to close sales in a high-volume environment.

This full-time role offers base salary plus commission, training from entry level to CNC systems, and opportunities for advancement within a close-knit, technically oriented company.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
• Strong closing ability and sales confidence.
• Mechanical or technical mindset is a plus.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and general computer use.
• Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows.
• Woodworking or industrial experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Engage with business owners and private customers to understand needs.
• Recommend machines, tools, and accessories tailored to each application.
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Prepare and present quotes and close sales opportunities.
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the sales process.
• Participate in occasional trade shows across the United States.
• Progress through a structured training program covering equipment from entry-level machines to CNC systems.
