This full-time role focuses on handling walk-in and phone inquiries to secure business, qualify leads, and support the Machine Sales team with product knowledge and customer service excellence. The position offers a $50,000 base salary plus commission, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, holidays and PTO, and company-provided laptop and cell phone.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or inside sales preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); CRM experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate features and value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in and phone inquiries to secure business.
• Create an immediate buying atmosphere for walk-in customers.
• Utilize sales tools to help close deals, including negotiation and product knowledge.
• Qualify leads and pass to Outside Sales Reps as appropriate.
• Ensure display and demo areas are presentable and ready for customers.
