This full-time role combines fieldwork and technical support, with responsibilities including diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, documenting service work, and communicating with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service, mechanical repair, electrical systems, or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physical environments.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial woodworking machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational machine issues independently.
• Document service work accurately and promptly.
