Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of outbound call center training experience.
• Knowledge of training methods, styles and adult learning principles.
• Experience facilitating and conducting training sessions.
• Strong collaboration across departments and stakeholder management.
• Excellent persuasive communication and coaching skills.

• Create and maintain a training program to onboard and upskill inside sales employees.
• Review training materials with stakeholders and document updates.
• Identify training gaps and tailor materials to close them.
• Develop manuals, activities and other training content.
• Coordinate new-hire training schedules and track completion.
• Monitor and report on training KPIs and outcomes.
• Support content audits and periodic market ride-alongs.
