Job summary

GEON Performance Solutions seeks an Inside Sales Representative to develop and manage an assigned base across GEON businesses and solutions. You will build relationships with customers and partners, plan activities using CRM tools, and drive profitable growth from the HQ near Cleveland, OH with potential expansion to an outside Territory Account Manager.

You will work with channel partners and internal teams to advance opportunities, manage a pipeline, and travel as needed to cover assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a preference for applicable work experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver profitable revenue growth and meet gross margin targets in the assigned territory.
• Support territory growth planning to ensure coverage and time for new business development.
• Acquire new customers via cold calling or warm lead follow-up, including reactivation of lost customers.
• Meet KPIs and outbound activity, including tele sales and new opportunity development.
• Maintain accurate customer information in ERP/CRM systems and work with cross-functional partners.
• Travel as needed to maintain and grow assigned accounts and serve as primary contact for customers.
