The ideal candidate has 5+ years of inside sales or customer service experience, proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of service and compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service or inside sales experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience providing product-specific technical support to customers.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and email, assisting with product-specific technical questions and website navigation.
• Enter, review, qualify, and release customer orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Identify duplicate customer profiles, promotional discrepancies, unusual orders, and other potential issues.
• Respond to incoming customer calls and manage requests efficiently.
• Process returns and RMAs, along with account updates and database maintenance.
• Escalate complex technical inquiries to the appropriate internal teams.
• Communicate new customer information and large orders to the appropriate sales representatives.
• Maintain current product knowledge through ongoing training on existing products, new product lines, and competitor offerings.
• Support the development and improvement of customer service procedures and processes.
• Assist with proofreading and user acceptance testing for online ordering systems and other technology updates.
• Collaborate with Technical Services, Sales, IT, and other customer service functions as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
