Kelly in Brea, CA is seeking a customer-focused Customer Sales and Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service, process orders, and assist with product-specific technical questions. The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and thriving in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone and email, processing orders, supporting returns and account updates, and maintaining customer relationships while escalating complex issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate customer service or inside sales experience (retail experience does not qualify).
• Experience providing technical product support preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and communicate technical information clearly.
