Kelly is seeking an Emerging DSO Customer Support Specialist in Brea, CA. You will handle orders, deliver product support, and build strong customer relationships while coordinating new account setup with third-party procurement platforms.

The role requires high school/GED plus 5+ years in corporate customer service or inside sales, with preference for technical product support and SAP/MS Office skills. A fast-paced environment and multitasking thrive here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate customer service or inside sales experience (retail experience does not qualify).
• Technical product support experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and email with product questions, technical support, and website navigation.
• Review, process, and release customer orders accurately.
• Create, maintain, and onboard DSO group accounts, including setup with Dentira, Coupa, and Method.
• Process returns, account updates, and customer database maintenance.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams.
• Communicate new customer information and large orders to sales representatives.
• Maintain product knowledge and support customer service improvements and system testing.
