Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answering and managing incoming phone calls.
• Managing the new customer onboarding process.
• Receiving, reviewing, and processing all orders in SAP.
• Processing expedited shipments and determining optimal ship-from/ship-to locations.
• Coordinating paperwork with warehouses and freight companies.
• Verifying accurate pricing on purchase orders and requesting revisions as needed.
• Investigating short payments and processing credits/debits for discrepancies.
• Assisting in developing SOPs for the department.
