Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a Team Manager - Inside Sales to lead and develop our Inside Sales teams from the Midtown, Tampa, FL office. You will drive performance, coach staff, and align with Marketing and SSE to execute campaigns that maximize customer value.

You will hire, train and manage your team, ensuring targets are met while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service and cross-/upsell opportunities across the TeamViewer product platform.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, Economics or comparable IT-related education with relevant experience.
• Experience in Inside Sales/Enterprise Sales.
• Excellent analytic skills and ability to apply findings to campaigns and processes.
• Strong communication and intercultural competence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Inside Sales team to meet individual and departmental KPIs.
• Identify cross-/upsell potentials and expand the TeamViewer product platform.
• Hire, train and manage staff schedules, leave approvals and performance development.
• Collaborate with SSE and Marketing to plan campaigns and monitor results.
• Ensure seamless customer experience by coordinating with Support and other teams.
• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for strategy and improvements.
