Job summary

TeamViewer's Inside Sales Manager role sits within the global Sales leadership team. Based onsite in Midtown, Tampa, you will lead and develop the Inside Sales team to reach KPIs and deliver exceptional service to customers, aligning with company strategy and driving growth.

You will plan and execute campaigns with SSE and Marketing, hire and train staff, manage schedules and leave, monitor market trends, and ensure a seamless customer experience with the product and Support teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in IT-related field with relevant experience.
• Experience in Inside Sales/Enterprise Sales.
• Strong analytical, communication and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities
