TeamViewer’s Tampa team is seeking a retention specialist to safeguard renewals, drive cross-sell opportunities, and articulate product value to customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve escalations, and collaborate with sales to optimize customer loyalty across a SaaS portfolio.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) with a college degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and proven quota attainment. Onsite Tampa location and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• College degree or minimum 1 year of related experience in collections/retention (B2B SaaS).
• Business-level English and Spanish communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with negotiation ability.
• Able to multitask and manage a high volume of calls, tickets, and emails.

Responsabilités

• Retain renewal accounts and cross-sell into other product groups.
• Demonstrate value of TeamViewer software against competitors.
• Answer setup and product questions with clear explanations.
• Respond promptly to email/ticket requests to retain customers.
• Convert terminations into win-back opportunities and document actions in CRM.
