Job summary

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and at least two years of leadership in sales or call center settings, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience in inside sales or call center.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and performance-manage a team to achieve goals.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer retention, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Define environment, coach and develop agents per team processes.
• Lead, motivate, and develop associates to meet sales and customer experience goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to sales and retention processes across channels.
• Monitor activity, retention, conversions, and adjust strategies.
• Evaluate interactions via call monitoring and quality scoring.
• Address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage schedules, attendance, overtime, and paid time off.
• Forecast staffing and ensure adequate coverage.
