Qualifications

• 1+ years of Inside or Outside Sales Experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Proactive problem solver with a drive to meet or exceed performance metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Sales Advisors responsible for supporting small to medium sized businesses across the country.
• Drive and motivate the team toward daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure production metrics are consistently met.
• Coach, develop and support new and existing team members to hit individual production metrics.
• Provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques, quality, and product knowledge.
• Track growth and sales of each team member and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Motivate the team with initiatives like spiffs, challenges and trainings.
• Analyze production trends and metrics and create plans to grow the team’s output.
• Communicate findings to senior leadership and collaborate with Executive Leadership/Managers/Administrators.
• Foster a culture of reward and recognition through regular meetings and huddles.
