Job summary

Anderson Bradshaw Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in California. You will engage warm inbound prospects seeking tax help, explain options clearly, build trust, and guide them toward a solution.

This is not cold calling; you will leverage inbound leads to close opportunities. You will work full-time, in-person, with a commission-based compensation structure, and be supported by established marketing and lead-generation systems,

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales with inbound leads
• Ability to listen, ask questions and guide prospects
• Strong communication of options and next steps
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Responsibilities

• Consult with warm inbound prospects seeking help with IRS and tax problems
• Identify needs and financial circumstances of taxpayers
• Explain services and recommended next steps clearly
• Build rapport quickly over the phone and establish trust
• Follow up with qualified prospects to advance opportunities
• Convert opportunities into new clients
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in our CRM
• Collaborate with resolution and client-service teams
• Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue goals
• Improve through coaching, training, and performance feedback
