Better Tax Relief in Irvine, CA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performance team. You will manage a high-volume inbound and outbound call flow, build trust with individuals and families, and present customized tax relief solutions with professionalism.

You will guide clients through IRS authorizations, documentation, and payment arrangements, close deals using proven sales techniques, and maintain accurate pipeline tracking in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• A background in tax relief, mortgage, debt settlement, or student loans is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
