You will understand taxpayers' situations, explain options clearly, build trust, and guide qualified prospects toward resolving their tax problems. Competitive compensation and benefits offer strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling via phone with inbound lead flow.
• Ability to discuss sensitive financial situations clearly.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with warm inbound prospects seeking help with IRS and tax problems
• Identify the taxpayer’s needs, concerns, and financial circumstances
• Clearly explain our services and recommended next steps
• Build trust and establish rapport quickly over the phone
• Follow up consistently with qualified prospects
• Convert opportunities into new clients
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in our CRM
• Work closely with our resolution and client-service teams
• Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue goals
• Continuously improve through call reviews, coaching, training, and performance feedback
