Job summary

Optima Tax Relief, LLC is seeking a Senior Inside Sales role based in Santa Ana, CA or remote from other states. You will engage prospective clients, assess tax issues, qualify them for services, and guide them through enrollment in our two-phased tax resolution program.

This role emphasizes customer care and adherence to Optima’s Core Values while delivering a superior client experience. The position offers a base pay of $17.00 per hour with an uncapped commission plan, and training including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CTEC certification within 90 days of employment.
• 2 years' relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients regarding tax problems by phone.
• Assess prospective clients’ tax problems with predefined questions.
• Qualify prospective clients for Optima’s services.
• Attend training during 90-day probation.
• Protect client PII according to company protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.
