Jim House & Associates in Alabama is seeking an Inside Sales Support to manage customer relationships and support the full sales cycle from inquiry to order fulfillment. This role prepares quotes and proposals, processes and follows up on orders, identifies sales opportunities, and provides responsive product and account support.

Working closely with Outside Sales and internal teams, the Inside Sales Support helps deliver a seamless customer experience while supporting revenue growth.

Formación

• 0-2 years inside sales or sales support in a mechanical/engineered products environment.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume quote and order pipeline with accuracy and urgency.
• Experience selling or supporting pumping systems, plumbing products, water treatment, HVAC or related mechanical lines preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Experience coordinating with outside sales, operations, and engineering teams in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Input sales data in our ERP system to support staff and project managers.
• Manage the full quote-to-order process, including quotes, orders, and purchase orders with proactive follow-up.
• Develop knowledge of products and services to assist customers with selections and technical questions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales, Operations, Estimating, Engineering, PCG, and vendors to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate order changes, delays, or issues to customers and internal partners.
• Support accounts receivable and other customer-related needs to ensure a consistent lifecycle experience.
• Follow established sales processes, pricing guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in product training and team planning to share market insights.
