Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist in Franklin, TN to assist with quotes, order processing, and payment handling while delivering exceptional service by phone and email.

You will support Account Managers and outside sales, coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and billing, and help ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of customer orders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and generate accurate quotes based on their needs.
• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Follow up with customers to ensure orders are processed and delivered as expected.
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns.
• Resolve customer problems in a timely, professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist Account Managers and outside sales representatives by preparing quotes and orders.
• Provide information on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, shipping, and billing teams to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
