SPX Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to assist sales and customer service teams. You will help generate quotes, process orders, handle payments, and provide exceptional service via phone and email, while collaborating with warehouse, shipping, and billing to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication in English and Spanish, strong organization, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience with order processing, quoting, and payment processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Generate accurate quotes based on customer needs and assist with order processing.
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and billing to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Assist Account Managers and outside sales with quotes and orders.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Perform other administrative duties to support sales and customer service.
