Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to back our sales and customer service teams by handling quotes, orders, credit card payments, and cross-functional coordination. You will engage customers by phone and email and support Spanish-speaking clients.

The role is hybrid in nature, requiring collaboration with account managers, warehouse, shipping, and billing while delivering exceptional service and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Support Spanish-speaking customers in bilingual environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and process customer orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and billing to fulfill orders.
• Assist Account Managers and outside sales with quotes and orders.
• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and email.
• Improve customer experience and service processes.
