Job summary

TT Exchange Rates, based in Princeton, NJ, is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to act as the main contact for Account Managers, supporting new and existing customers. This full-time, onsite role coordinates quotes, orders, and data management across internal departments to ensure efficient lead-to-order flow.

The ideal candidate has a college degree, 2–5 years in sales operations, SAP experience, and strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills. No travel is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales operations or sales support.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or ingredient industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Process sample requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare quotations, contracts and price agreements quickly in collaboration with Pricing Team and Account Managers.
• Keep system tracking up to date with all relevant data inputs.
• Continuously updating customer master data.
• Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces.
• Supporting Sales and customers during entire Lead-to-Order process, including Opportunity management/ RFIs.
• Fulfilling administrative tasks to support Account Managers, including Forecast entry and New Product set ups.
• Proactively managing any customer overdues.
