Job summary

Tilcon New York Inc. in Parsippany, NJ is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to assist the Commercial Department in maintaining customer records, pricing, and order data. The role supports the sales process from quote to payment and collaborates with internal and external sales teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in sales or customer service, with proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM tools, and a willingness to perform occasional inside sales duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a Sales/Marketing position with a customer service focus.
• Preferred experience in Customer Relations Management, quote management system, MS Office Excel, and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Process customer requests received via email and telephone in a timely manner.
• Enter and verify pricing and cartage rates on sales orders.
• Maintain tax exempt certs and system status.
• Run and analyze reports to show pricing errors.
• Maintain sales systems and documentation.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users with pricing data.
• Support inside sales and perform inside sales duties when needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Attend regularly and on-time; perform additional duties as assigned.
