Job summary

PrePass is seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to join Inside Sales. You will manage inbound/outbound opportunities, guide prospects to PrePass solutions, and drive revenue growth with structured, consultative selling.

You'll own opportunities from initial contact through close, build rapport, and maintain accurate CRM records in Dynamics 365, while collaborating with a team that values problem-solving, accountability, and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of phone-based sales experience.
• At least 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales interactions with high-quality customer experience.
• Own opportunities from initial contact through close, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing activity, pipeline, and conversion.
• Build rapport with prospects and guide them toward appropriate PrePass solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity in Dynamics 365.
