Job summary

PrePass Ag in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Business Analyst to optimize the D365 Sales platform by translating business needs into clear requirements, supporting enhancements, and enabling data‑driven sales operations. You will collaborate with Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, IT, and Enterprise Applications teams to align capabilities and drive value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Dynamics 365 Sales with hands-on configuration or functional work.
• Experience across at least two full implementations or enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, forecasting, and CRM best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories and specs.
• Experience coordinating UAT and working with defect triage and regression testing.
• Proficiency with Power Platform components (Power Automate/Apps/Dataverse).
• Experience with third-party integrations and API connectivity.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, security roles, and permissions.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Dynamics 365 Sales features, configuration, and business processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, IT, and Enterprise Applications to align capabilities.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, process mapping, and documentation.
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Support sprint planning, demonstrations, release-readiness, and go-live activities.
• Document configurations, processes, decision points, and best practices.
• Identify data needs, governance gaps, and drive data quality improvements.
• Coordinate UAT, validate defects, and ensure regression testing.
• Deliver training, change communications, and adoption support.
