Transportation Products Sales Company is seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to support railroad customers across North America. You will identify needs, process requests, elevate problems, and provide proactive solutions to ensure excellent service experiences with our company.

The ideal candidate is friendly, positive, driven, computer savvy, and can stay calm under pressure. Prior experience preferred; strong communication skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Understanding of active listening techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of emails.
• Handle inbound calls.
• Handle quote and project bid requests.
• Acknowledge and respond to Customers and Business Partners in a timely fashion.
• Help identify correct product for customers project.
• Work with service team on product repairs, work in progress and billings.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
