Job summary

PrePass, based in Phoenix, is seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to join our Inside Sales team. You will manage inbound and outbound opportunities, drive structured, outcome-focused sales experiences, and advance opportunities from initial engagement through to close.

You will build consultative selling capabilities, meet sales targets, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver PrePass solutions while maintaining a professional brand experience in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based sales roles and ability to manage inbound/outbound opportunities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & outbound sales execution to deliver structured customer experience.
• Own opportunities from initial contact through close with timely follow-up.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by managing activity, pipeline, and conversions.
• Build rapport with prospects and guide them toward PrePass solutions.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs; position aligned solutions.
• Use objection techniques to advance deals and close business.
• Maintain consistent pipeline activity and progress toward goals.
• Develop more consultative sales approach for complex scenarios.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and convey value of PrePass solutions.
• Deliver professional brand experience across customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and share best practices.
