You will coordinate with delivery teams and support the Outside Sales group. Candidates should have frontline customer service skills, introductory sales experience, and preferably a background in building materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline customer service or sales is required.
• Industry experience in construction/building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and customer financial policies.
