Job summary

Southeast Culvert, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to support the outside sales team with timely, accurate communication, direct customer service, and house account management.

You will coordinate with operations to ensure smooth workflow, manage quotes, entry of job details for quotes, and serve as the liaison between customers and manufacturing facilities to keep information current.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales in the construction industry.
• Strong data entry with high accuracy.
• Excellent customer service via phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Initiate or coordinate customer contact with the sales team.
• Serve as point of contact for order entry, customer identification, credit establishment.
• Develop product knowledge and maintain price pages, templates, and quotes.
• Communicate price levels with customers and the sales team.
• Qualify new accounts from a financial and credit perspective.
• Structure and enter job information for quoting purposes.
• Act as liaison between customers and manufacturing facilities.
• Support the estimator in job quote entry.
• Run reports from the ERP system.
