Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably sales or distribution.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office and CRM experience a plus.

• Spanish-speaking skills are a strong advantage but not required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them find the right products.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions—phone and in person.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales reps to drive sales and resolve needs.
• Process orders and track inventory to meet customer demands.
• Educate customers on promotions, new products, and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
