Job summary

Ferguson is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. The role is based in Buffalo, NY, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 7am to 4pm, on-site.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience, knowledge of industrial pipes, valves and fittings, and the ability to upsell while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
• Exhibit strong sales skills including upselling.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining best products and solutions.
• Ensure personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to use CRM system and phone system effectively.
