Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist customers and learn the business from the ground up. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am–4pm, with a focus on delivering personalized service and coordinating deliveries.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in sales/customer service and knowledge of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fittings, plus strong communication and relationship-building skills. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
• Exhibit strong sales skills, including upselling.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and timely decisions.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Customer-focused mentality with relationship-building abilities and general digital literacy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales associates to determine best products and solutions for customers.
• Provide personalized service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls, provide information, and resolve customer questions or concerns.
• Utilize CRM and phone system effectively to support customers.
