Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in Inside Sales.
• Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell and introduce the company to new and existing clients.
• Quote customers and take orders from customers.
• Enter, track and follow up on orders throughout execution.
• Coordinate between operations and outside sales to meet customer expectations.
• Build relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Maintain and expand the customer database.
• Capture accurate CRM data and provide feedback on market information.
• Outbound calls to prospect new customers and develop opportunities.
• Work with OSR/Mgt to build a sales pipeline and close deals.
