Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support sales efforts with inside sales, order entry and admin tasks.
• Work with sales engineers, millwrights and mechanics on repairs and quotes.
• Track orders from entry through repair execution and delivery.
• Prepare and deliver service quotes for field or in-house repairs.
• Estimate labor and purchase materials using ERP (SAGE 300).
• Monitor purchasing related to customer orders and notify customers on progress.
• Coordinate shipment and order fulfillment with logistics staff.
