Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Lorton, Virginia. This role serves as the primary internal contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and fulfillment with strong product knowledge and process expertise to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

The position collaborates closely with outside sales, branch leadership, and internal support teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely issue resolution, and consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of inside sales, customer service, or sales operations experience.
• 2-4 years in construction supplies, equipment industry, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts.
• Coordinates purchasing for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services per procurement guidelines.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities with accurate records and discrepancy resolution.
• Collaborates with outside sales and branch leadership to identify customer needs and solutions.
