Kodru-Mooney, a UFT company, is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support our outside sales team and drive capital and aftermarket projects in Jordan, MN. You will review specifications, prepare accurate quotes, and coordinate submittals for proper product selection.

You will work closely with sales and customers, learn industry applications, and communicate clearly to ensure timely responses. This onsite role requires a proactive, detail‑driven team player focused on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience in water/wastewater, PVF, or a similar industry preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and construction specifications preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Provide inside/office sales support for outside salesperson(s).
• Review project and product specifications to generate accurate quotations.
• Assist the team by understanding which products fit which applications.
• Compile and markup manufacturer’s submittals in Adobe Acrobat for engineer approval.
• Learn from sales teams to understand customer and market dynamics.
• Build trust with customers by providing honest, accurate information.
