Job summary

Quality Sourced Manufacturing, Inc. (QSM), the team behind Tru-Flo valves and automation, is seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service professional in the Atlanta area to support key accounts. You will manage orders, coordinate with engineering and operations, maintain CRM data, prepare quotes, and help customers with lead times and shipping.

Strong communication and ERP/CRM proficiency are essential. This role also requires permanent USA work authorization and offers growth in a collaborative,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of inside sales or customer service in industrial/manufacturing.
• Experience with industrial valves, actuators, automation, or flow control preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP and CRM platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM/ERP.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide proactive updates on orders, lead times, and shipping.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales to prepare quotations.
• Process and follow up on orders in a timely manner.
• Track open quotes and key project milestones.
