Job summary

Kodru-Mooney, a UFT company, is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support our outside sales team and help drive capital and aftermarket projects. This role will work closely with sales and customers to review specifications, prepare accurate quotes, identify the right products for each application, and coordinate product submittals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience in water/wastewater, PVF, or a similar industry required.
• Experience reading blueprints and construction specifications preferred.
• Proficiency with keyboarding, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide inside/office sales support for outside salesperson(s) within the organization and effectively support capital and aftermarket project efforts.
• Review project and product specifications to generate timely and accurate quotations.
• Assist the team by asking questions and understanding what products are appropriate for what applications.
• Compile, sort, and markup various manufacturer’s product data/submittals in Adobe Acrobat for approval by consulting engineer.
• Learn from sales teams to understand customer and market dynamics to deliver superior results.
• Build trust with customers by providing honest and accurate information regardless of circumstances.
