Triangle Fastener Corporation, Milwaukee branch, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to be the first contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries. You will manage quotes, orders, and daily customer service, supporting the Outside Sales team and ensuring smooth project progress.

The role is ideal for recent graduates or sales professionals progressing from entry-level positions, with opportunities to grow in Sales, Operations, and Management within an established nationwide distributor.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales-based customer service or related position.
• 3+ years in inside sales or similar position.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide customers through product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed; collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to meet demand.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
• Support Outside Sales by managing backend processes and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean, professional showroom and promote featured products.
• Address and resolve customer issues proactively and professionally.
• Prepare and send product samples, catalogs, and credit applications.
• Review open sales reports and ensure data integrity.
• Pull counter orders to ensure timely customer service.
• Work closely with Branch Operations Manager and other sales staff daily.
