Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to prepare pricing proposals, manage quotations, and support bids across projects. You will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales support or customer service, with strong organizational skills and basic sales techniques. Monday–Friday schedule with overtime potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or related role.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment preferred.
• Developing knowledge of sales techniques such as prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, and closing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; experience in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing proposals and quotations for products and services across projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids and researching projects.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales reps to drive sales.
• Maintain customer documentation with product and solution details.
• Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled.
• Oversee order-to-invoice cycle and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
