Ferguson, a Fortune 500 company, seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Charlottesville, VA. Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm. You will prepare pricing proposals, support bids, and liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.

The role involves managing the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, maintaining documentation, and ensuring HSE compliance while contributing to a customer-focused sales process.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in a sales support or customer service role.
• Experience in plumbing/PVF industry is a plus.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment preferred.
• Knowledge of prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, and closing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient computer skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage pricing proposals and quotations.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids and researching projects.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales reps.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation with product details.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams for orders and issues.
• Oversee full Order-to-Invoice cycle and quality actions.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and other duties as assigned.
