POOLCORP in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to assist customers at the counter and over the phone, answer product questions, process orders, and help ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

You will build strong relationships with customers, recommend solutions based on needs, enter sales orders, and support showroom and basic warehouse duties to keep inventory available.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction/maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Accurately enters sales orders, generates invoices, and processes payments or credit authorizations.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Evaluates warranty items and provides delivery estimates based on vendor schedules.
• Pulls, stages, and distributes customer orders; occasionally uses RF scanner.
• Cross-trains in receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties to support branch operations.
