POOLCORP in Dallas, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to assist customers at the counter and over the phone, process orders, and support showroom and basic warehouse operations. You will build strong relationships with customers and help ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, learning products, and working in a hands-on team environment, with Monday–Friday hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service attitude and communication with customers.
• Experience handling sales and checkout processes.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assists walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Accurately enters sales orders, generates invoices, and processes payments or credit authorizations.
• Recommends products and solutions based on customer needs and availability.
• Provides delivery estimates based on vendor production and schedules.
• Pulls, stages, and distributes customer orders; uses RF scanner as needed.
• Restocks showroom merchandise and supports warehouse duties.
