Job summary

PSS Cross Country Infrastructure Solutions in Colorado is seeking a results-driven Industrial Sales Specialist to generate customer quotes and proposals by phone, email, or in person, and to provide counter sales support as needed.

You will follow up on quotes, negotiate terms, close transactions, coordinate shipping, and enter orders in our ERP system while maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers and supporting the Outside Sales Team.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Infor SXe software is a plus; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Generates customer quotes and proposals via phone, email or in person.
• Provides counter sales support and assists customers with products and services.
• Follows up on quotes and proposals, negotiates, and closes transactions.
• Coordinates shipping and material information for timely delivery.
• Enters orders in ERP system according to established rules.
• Maintains relationships with existing and new customers.
• Supports Outside Sales Team with account feedback and communication.
• Assists in delivery/pickup of materials for small branches as needed.
