Qualifications

• 2-4 years of sales and sales administration experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

• Capable of working independently with general supervision
• Willingness to travel 0%–25%

Responsibilities

• Obtains orders via email and phone, verifies items, and processes orders to fulfillment.
• Increases orders by suggesting related items and leveraging customer buying history.
• Develops opportunities passed from marketing and outside sales.
• Prepares quotations to secure orders or analyze losses.
• Reviews open orders and takes action to meet delivery promises.
• Maintains backorder and expediting reports and notifies customers as needed.
• Reports industry trends, pricing, and feedback to management.
