Job summary

Clickstop is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for our Fasteners Plus brand to own inbound customer conversations and partner with Customer Service and Business Development to fulfill needs.

You will build relationships, diagnose needs, and present solutions while advancing along a growth path in a collaborative, owner-minded culture. This hybrid role requires weekly onsite in Urbana, IA with some remote options.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and influencing skills for customer discussions.
• Ability to diagnose customer needs and translate them into solutions.
• Comfort with consultative selling and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound customer calls and collaborate with Customer Service and Business Development.
• Identify opportunities to grow business and create long-term value.
• Manage quotes, orders, follow-up and issue resolution with accuracy.
• Build strong customer relationships across phone, email, and digital channels.
• Support seamless customer experiences and suggest sales process improvements.
