Job summary

Essentra Components is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to drive revenue and expand the customer base. The role is hybrid, located in Schaumburg, with three days in the office and two days remote. You will engage customers with product knowledge, manage quotes, and support orders from initiation to delivery.

Requirements include 2+ years in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM and MS Office. A degree in business is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales or customer-service role
• Bachelor's degree in business is a plus
• Experience with industrial products is preferred
• KPI-driven with ability to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with existing customers and identify opportunities
• Coordinate with manager on large projects and multi-step opportunities
• Communicate product information, quotes, and terms to customers
• Ensure orders are entered, tracked, and shipped accurately and on time
• Maintain and grow customer database with notes and updates
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
