Job summary

Unlimited Supplies Inc., a growing industrial fastener distributor, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as a primary contact for customers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market.

You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and resolve issues to support regional growth. You’ll work closely with Outside Sales, Operations, and Purchasing, building product knowledge and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or customer service is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office is preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and respond to inquiries on products, pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery status.
• Prepare accurate quotes and estimates and enter/process orders through to delivery.
• Research and resolve customer concerns including order discrepancies and product issues.
• Partner with Outside Sales to support accounts and identify sales opportunities.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and applications to drive additional sales.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations and other teams to meet customer requirements.
